Please note that I operate within a ski school and as such all policies and procedures are those of the school and not my own. If you or a member of your party has any questions regarding cancellations and refunds, please contact Adventure Ski and Snowboard School by phone at (760) 942-2188 or by email at info@adventureski.com prior to booking your lesson.
All sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Refunds are limited.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Window: The time frame to cancel or reschedule a session is based on the session's scheduled start time.
48-Hour Notice: You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.
Late Cancellations (<48 Hours): Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of that session, and no refund will be issued.
Late Rescheduling (<48 Hours): Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will incur a $40 rescheduling fee. Failure to pay this fee will result in automatic cancellation with no refund.
One-Time Reschedule Limit: Each session may be rescheduled only once. Any additional rescheduling requests for the same session will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
If a session must be rescheduled due to equipment failure, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances, San Diego Ski Lessons reserves the right to cancel and reschedule at the earliest available time.
Internet Connectivity Issues: We understand that internet service in the mountains can be unreliable. If a session cannot be completed due to the student's poor internet connection or technical difficulties, San Diego Ski Lessons will reschedule the lesson at no additional cost.
